This is an animation experiment, a game with organic shapes, and a story that revolves around those shapes and creatures as they dance, play, destroy, transform, create, and vanish. The ancient Mesopotamian creation story “Enuma Elish” served as the film’s primary source of inspiration. The goddess Tiamat, who created the gods and the world, is portrayed in the tale as having disagreements with her offspring. In that struggle, she lost, and the world was born from her body. This myth was loosely interpreted and used as the inspiration for the spontaneous play of organic forms.
